For Providers

Offer your patients something more.

A research partnership built around your practice, not the other way around. Create meaningful access to innovative therapies for your patients while we handle every operational detail.

Zero burden on your staff — no impact on schedules, workflows, or exam rooms
You stay in control of patient relationships and follow-up care
Flexible involvement from referral-only participation to investigator roles
Community Impact Fund seat available for partner practices

Too many research models ask practices to absorb real operational strain without fair compensation or genuine alignment. We built the opposite. You help identify interested patients. We handle everything else.

Not another vendor relationship.
A partnership grounded in trust, transparency, and shared investment in the community you already serve.

A partnership designed around your practice.

Your patients gain access to therapies they could not otherwise reach. Your practice gains a research partner that respects your time, your relationships, and your community standing.

How a partnership works

More options for your patients

Eligible patients gain access to innovative therapies, specialist care, and study-related support at no cost, expanding what you can offer beyond standard channels.

Continuity of care stays with you

We complement, not replace, the trusted relationships you have with your patients. Our role is limited to the research. Any follow-up clinical care remains entirely at your discretion.

No operational lift

Coordinators, IRB, data systems, and regulatory workflows all run from our standalone facility. Nothing spills into your office, your staff’s time, or your patient flow.

Shared community impact

As a partner practice, you help direct our Community Impact Fund toward local initiatives your community actually needs. Co-branded events, health screenings, and direct reinvestment into the neighborhoods you serve.

How a partnership works

01

We start with a conversation

A brief call to understand your practice, your patient population, and which therapeutic areas may be a good fit for upcoming studies. No commitment required.

02

We agree on your level of involvement

Your role can be as simple as helping identify interested patients. We can also support deeper investigator involvement if your providers want it. The model flexes to what works for you.

03

We handle the rest

Coordinators, IRB, data systems, regulatory workflows, patient visits, and study logistics all run from our standalone facility. Nothing spills into your office.

04

You gain a seat at the table

As a partner practice, you may designate a representative to our Community Impact Council and help direct reinvestment into your community through our Community Impact Fund.

Ready to explore a partnership?

A 15-minute call is all it takes to understand if there is a fit. No commitment, no pressure.

Flexible by design

Two ways practices typically partner with us.

Referral Partner

Identify and refer

Your team flags patients who may be a good fit for an open study and makes the introduction. We handle screening, enrollment, and every subsequent visit at our facility. This is the lowest-lift option and the right starting point for most practices.

Investigator Partner

Deeper clinical involvement

Providers who want a more active research role can participate as sub-investigators on select studies, with full support from our regulatory and operations team. This path is available when both the practice and the study are a strong fit.

“Clinical research should work for everyone it touches, especially the practices that make patient access possible.”

COMMUNITY FIRST CLINICAL RESEARCH

Your practice helps direct real community investment.

A share of every study we run is reinvested into the Triangle through our Community Impact Fund. As a partner practice, you do not just refer into the system. You help decide what it funds.

  • Designate a representative to our Community Impact Council
  • Help direct funding toward initiatives your patients actually need
  • Participate in co-branded community health events
  • Receive transparent annual reporting on fund allocation
Common questions

What practices ask us before partnering.

Will this disrupt my daily operations?
No. All research infrastructure, coordinators, IRB support, data systems, and study visits run from our standalone facility. Your staff’s only involvement, if any, is helping identify patients who may be a good fit. Nothing about your scheduling, exam rooms, or daily workflow changes.
Do I have to participate as an investigator?
No. Most partner practices start as referral partners only. Investigator involvement is available for providers who want a deeper clinical role, but it is never required to participate in the partnership.
What therapeutic areas are you currently working in?
Our partner network spans primary care, nonsurgical orthopedics, and community health, and we are actively expanding across cardiology, GI, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and psychiatry. If you are unsure whether your patient population is a fit, the best next step is a short conversation.
How does the relationship actually begin?
With a 15-minute call. No paperwork, no commitment. We talk through your practice and patient population, and you decide if it makes sense to move forward from there.
